We have had about 800 customers who have at least made 1 order in the last 4 years and see the product market fit. Some of our customers have not gone elsewhere, have been ordering since 2 years from our site. They have simply loved our Vanilla and Chocolate flavours. Our products follow a sustainable approach where we don't use plastic packaging. We use high quality like paper packaging, all our ingredients are plant based. Our future goal is to expand and gain new customers, add more products to the store.

Who We Are:

We are Veganut. NZs 100% vegan owned and operated Protein supplement company. Founded in 2018 by Stephanie with a mission of making plant-based protein powder more convenient, tasty and affordable here in our wonderful country! We are based out of Auckland and Hamilton and distriubute our products New Zealand wide. 

Where it all began:

Hey friends! My name is Stephanie and I'm the creator and director of Veganut. As a qualified nutritionist, in 2017 I decided it was time to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle that would benefit my own health, as well as the environment. This meant leaving behind my beloved whey protein (the digestive issues, not so much) and switching to plant-based protein. I tried brand after brand, but couldn't find one that I truly loved, whether it was the flavour, the ingredients, or even just the packaging. All I wanted was a plant-based protein powder that tasted good, without any of the unnecessary ingredients. Nothing more, nothing less (little did I know that I'd want to share it with all of you too!).

Smit is also the other key person. He is the Cofounder, a vegan, an IT guy and fun fact- has got a tattoo of his dog :)

Road Map:

For the current year we hope to accomplish the following:

Improve our website service (More products and better consistency in our stock levels).

Spend a portion of the funds into Digital marketing to acquire new customers.

We also want to offer Vegan protein pancake and waffle mix. We would be using some funds for R&D.
