Kia ora whanau!
I am standing for mayor of Palmerston North City, since Jono Naylor has resigned to take on Parliament. I know I would bring a fresh perspective and a burst of energy to our already diverse council.
But I can't do it alone - and I'm already so grateful and overwhelmed by the support I've received.
To run an effective campaign, I need some funding. I would be super stoked with anything you are able to give. The money will be used for advertising such as signs on fences (hoardings), leaflets, and other means of getting the word out.
At the end of the campaign, any money that has been donated to me and has not be used I will be donating it to our local branch of Youthline. A cause that I think does a brilliant job in supporting the youth of our city.
To sweeten the deal, I've got some fun rewards for you all! Every dollar will help bring us a step closer to New Zealand's youngest mayor ever - ready to Listen, Learn, Lead.
Help me to help Palmerston North reach its full potential!

Hey, I am SO insanely sorry you have heard nothing from me! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for funding my campaign. Its been a crazy busy time so I apologise immensely for not getting any of your rewards to you.
Having you show your support by donating to me changed everything - you gave me an edge I previously didn't have.
I have some money left over and I was wondering if it was okay with you to use that money in my Council campaign if I miss out on the mayoralty?
