Hi, I'm Tony Dapson from Napier, in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.
I've brewed Ales and Beers for quite a few years, so I know good beer, and how to brew it.
In 1996, I invented a process for brewing unique ale, using Manuka, a small iconic New Zealand Native Tree-Leptospermum scoparium.
MANUKA MAGIC-it's a beauty is UNIQUE KIWI ALE is my first of several invented and awarded Letters Patent in New Zealand and Australia, and others pending with a process for brewing it.
It is delicious to most people who try it, they like it, and then they want to buy it. It's refreshing, inviting, and full of flavour.
Manuka Magic is one of several Ales which I have developed with Manuka as it's flavouroid. They have the ability to become New Zealand International Ales.
It is proudly invented and made in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.

Climate Change is making a negative impact with heat and drought on Hops, the usual flavouring brewed in your Ale and Beer Beverages.
Hops can't tolerate heat. They like moist growing conditions and hard Winter frosts.
The Manuka Tree, however is heat stress tolerant.
It is plentiful in rugged parts of New Zealand. It grows vigorously, and isn't distroyed on cropping it for beer. Nor does it need seasons to grow, or spraying with chemicals. And so it is "clean".
There is no damage to wild life or habitat. It grows fast, is sustainable and therefore is "green".
Developing Manuka flavoured Ales as a parallel flavouring to Hops makes a good case.
I have the Patents, the expertise, experiance and passion.
I'm calling ALL Ale and Beer Drinker's to give them a go.

HOW WILL CAMPAIGN FUNDS BE SPENT?
CAMPAIGN TARGET NZ$15,000.
5% of each Production Credit will go to KIWIS FOR KIWI TRUST, to give back to the Bush where our Manuka came from for us to brew our Ales.
The remainder will be spent as follows,
Liquor Licences- Brewing Licence, Off Licence, Online Sales Licence, Special Licence, On Licence. Bar Manager's Certificate. Coucil Bylaws.
Purchases of Malt, manuka, yeast,power, labour, brewery fee, government excise duty, bottles, bottle caps, label design, label manufacture and purchase, brewing ingredients, beer filters, brewhouse costs, refrigeration, transport costs, bottling plant fee, packaging, administation, warehousing costs, costs of Rewards, fees and costs to run campaign project, bank fees.
All the above costs will require a CAMPAIGN TARGET OF NZ$15,000 to allow a small brewed batch, bottled and packaged of MANUKA MAGIC-it's a beauty UNIQUE KIWI ALE.
THIS IS AN ALL OR NOTHING CAMPAIGN TARGET OF NZ$15,000.
THE CAMPAIGN TARGET MUST GO OVER NZ$15,000 TO SUCCEED. IF NOT THE CAMPAIGN FAILS, NO TRANSACTIONS TAKE PLACE, AND NO ALE CAN BE MADE.
STRETCH LIMIT 2.
NZ$70,000 MINIMUM.This will allow a FULL PRODUCTION RUN of 2400 litres Packaged as Dozen Cases finished ready for delivery, and have the ability to roll over for the next production .
Production Credits can be redeemed at our BREWERY CELLAR DOOR or yet to be NOMINATED OUTLETS around NewZealand (+20 years old with REALME.COM id) as Manuka Magic Ale, after it's been brewed and packaged.
REMEMBER YOUR 10% DISCOUNT WHEN YOUR'E A NATURALE SUPPORTER.
