After the awesome response to our 'Pendulum' and 'Onus' pressings, Little Bushman are looking to press our 3rd studio album 'Te Oranga' to vinyl :)
GOOD NEWS... the audio mastering is already all done! (by the legendary Mike Gibson - Kapiti coast).
We're looking to raise funds for the pressing and printing, which will be done by Holiday Records (Auckland) ... and for the master disc cutting which is done offshore.
We're also looking to do a small repress (100 copies) of 'Pendulum', which is currently all sold out.
As we've said before, you guys ARE our record label! We couldn't do what we do without you... so chuuuuur!
We're looking to raise $8,969.41 to get this pressing cranking. Here's a breakdown of what's involved:
- Pressing cost; Te Oranga; 200 LP's / single pocket with insert / 180gm vinyl $4,568.95
- Re-formatting Te Oranga artwork for LP $300
- Pressing cost; Pendulum repress; 100 LP's / single pocket with insert / 180gm vinyl $1,873.35
- Shipping and handling (sending the records to you guys!) $1,800
- PledgeMe fees $427.11

Kia ora everyone, very excited that we made it over the line and the 'Te Oranga' vinyl pressing is all go!
We've actually exceeded our funding goal with time to spare... the campaign closes 9pm on 21st Sep. So if you know anyone who's keen to pre-order before it closes, please spread the word :)
A huge thanks to everyone who pledged... People Power Records!
Here's what happens next:
- The artwork is currently with our designer, being upscaled and tweaked for the LP format
- The audio is already mastered for vinyl ... huzzah!
- Once the campaign closes, and we get the funds from PledgeMe, we'll give a 50% deposit to Holiday Reecords
- Holiday will then send the master audio offshore where the master is cut
- Once they receive the master back they'll make some test pressings, and a test artwork prints, to make sure the fussy guys from the band are happy
- If we're all happy, we'll join the pressing queue!
- Holiday will ship to us, and we'll ship to you guys :)
