I have been dreaming of setting up my own coffee roasting business for over 2 years! i have been researching and studying business management so i can get this project up off the ground the correct way. I have done a course in roasting and i can't wait to start ordering the green beans to play around with. I am raising funds so i can buy a coffee roasting machine and get this business off the ground. I am also in the research stage of making reusable/compostable pods that go in well know coffee machines. Imagine having my coffee roasts coming out of your home machine and being able to reuse the pod and putting grounds into the compost or worn farm or taking the whole pod and putting it into the compost without the hassle of sending it back! Another point of difference i am woking on is making NZ highest caffinated coffee! I want to take on killer coffee in aussie and prove yet again us kiwis can do it better
