Send Dan To Speak At The 2014 PacRim Conference On Disability & Diversity!

Daniel Younghusband is an amazing young man with an amazing opportunity!

Daniel has overcome diabetes, blindness, and Seckel’s Syndrome to create his microbusiness, Paua by Dan (www.pauabydan.co.nz), and dreams of becoming a public speaker. He hopes to share his story with others who may use similar tools to reach success. 

As a result of his achievements Daniel has been invited to speak at the 2014 Pacific Rim International Conference on Disability & Diversity in Hawaii May 19-20. The conference is celebrating its 30^th anniversary and will be a fantastic opportunity for those with disabilities to connect, share stories, and open up possibilities for future generations. 

Daniel is elated at this invitation but must overcome the cost of flights, accommodation, and attendance for himself and his co-presenter and support person, Tony Mclean, to pursue the opportunity. Our Pledge Me goal is to raise $600 to cover the cost of accomodation for Dan and Tony. If we are able to raise beyond that - awesome! Any amount exceeding $600 will go toward the cost of flights.

This page is an easy way for us to come together and make Daniel’s dream possible. If 30 people can make a $20 contribution we'll hit our mark in no time! However, whether $5 or $500, any amount is greatly appreciated!!
