The Bow Wow Box Story
FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS
Founder Andy Evans has always been a dog lover and he decided to convert this passion into a full-time business when he bought a dog-minding business Guardians NZ.
After noticing dog treats in a box from overseas the idea of Bow Wow Box arose. Delivered 2 You Ltd was formed and the first Bow Wow Box boxes were created and shipped in late 2014.
THE BOW WOW BOX
A Bow Wow Box contains all natural dog treats and toys sourced from New Zealand and around the world. There are three sizes, small, medium and large, to match each dog’s requirements.
Boxes are delivered once a month to dogs and their owners under a subscription model generating recurring revenue.

OFF-THE-LEASH GROWTH
We have already progressed through a proof of concept stage. We experienced strong growth reaching 400 subscribers as at the 31st of March 2015. Now with in excess of 4,000 boxes delivered we’re ready to go massive!
The Market Opportunity
In New Zealand there are over 700,000 dogs with 29% of households owning a dog. We as a nation spend around $350 to $400 million on dog food a year. The range of treats on offer in the large pet retailers and supermarkets is very limited and can also be overpriced. A limited number of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers control the ‘treat chain’.
The natural pet food and treat market is experiencing incredible growth of around 12 – 15% a year. We harness this with a Bow Wow Box that focuses on natural treats.

THE REVOLUTION
With Bow Wow Box, the company aims to revolutionise the way dog treats are marketed and sold in New Zealand, and beyond. We aim to do this by creating an exciting and innovative dog treat brand owners around New Zealand turn to when treating their furry family.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
Potential for growth is enormous, with 99.9% of the market untapped by Bow Wow Box. Future development of an already trusted brand gives us much larger markets including our neighbour Australia, and additional product lines such as Meow Wow Box (currently in concept phase).
The phenomenal growth of BarkBox based in New York City, which has reached over 250,000 customers since starting three years ago, suggests the New Zealand market is ripe for a similar product and service as New Zealanders share the same love and desire to provide the best for their dogs as Americans.
New Zealand-based success stories such as Food Box, My Food Bag, Smashbox and Goodiebox prove the market for online order and delivery has grown substantially over the last few years. Bow Wow Box emulates the best practices of these companies and creates a new pet box delivery category in New Zealand.
In a nutshell, Delivered 2 You has created an innovative brand in Bow Wow Box. The pet food industry is ripe for disruption and a brand that can harness the power of social engagement and create a shareable asset among dog owners will succeed. Simplicity and scalability will allow Bow Wow Box to quickly assert itself as the dominant player and take ownership of this pet food category.
Our vision is for Bow Wow Box to be the pet box delivery company of choice in New Zealand. Our goal is to deliver to 5-10% of dog owners. This would make the market size of around 35,000 to 70,000 boxes a month. If we can harness this opportunity in the local New Zealand market then we plan to export Bow Wow Box abroad.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY AND SHAREHOLDING OFFERED
We are offering you the opportunity to purchase ordinary shares in Delivered 2 You Limited at an issue price of $1.00 per share.
We are looking at securing between NZD$75,000 and NZD$225,000 in early stage capital through the issue of up to 225,000 shares which will represent 14.28% of the total shares in Delivered 2 You Limited, following full subscription of the offer.
The minimum investment is NZD $500 which represents 500 shares at $1.00 each.
TYPES OF SHARES ON OFFER
This offer is for investor class ordinary shares. These shares enjoy all rights associated with an ordinary holding in any New Zealand company, including equal rights to dividends (at the board’s discretion), and inclusion of voting rights. We have chosen not to offer pre-emptive rights in order to reduce admin time, expense and to enable the board to react without encumbrance when considering a potential buy out or IPO.

About our Team
We have brought together a fantastic, passionate team with great experience in the pet industry and in retail commerce.
Based out of Auckland we have a part-time team of five, made up of management, administration and packing, together with an advisory board. Our advisory board are responsible for guidence in matters of strategy.
Andrew Evans
Managing Director and Founder
Andy is intensely passionate about the pet industry. He built Guardians NZ Limited, New Zealand’s premier dog minding company into a very successful business over the past eight years growing revenue and profits by 1000%, he has recently started the franchising of Guardians as a way of providing a better and more local service throughout the country.
Andy’s education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University and a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in London.
He has worked in Business Development Management for Walker Wireless, Cap Gemini, Ernst and Young, Institute of Directors and LeasePlan. For the last four years he has worked in Guardians. Andy has a 100% ownership of Guardians NZ Limited.

Jodi has a real passion for all things dog! Stig an English Pointer and Rebel a Greyhound are her furry family. Jodi brings with her a vast amount of retail experience. Her previous roles include General Manager of Home Direct Limited, the largest New Zealand-owned direct-selling business; Northern Regional Manager for Max Fashions Limited; and Operations Manager for Servilles Limited.

Advisory Board
Richard brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in the technology and ecommerce space. Richard has a proven track record in building and managing teams to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. He has experience across the telecommunications market in NZ and the UK. Loss of Key Staff
Losing Andy Evans (our founder) would be a significant threat to Delivered 2 You Limited at this time. Employing an administrator will go a way to reducing this risk. But until the business can support hiring key staff - anticipated in FY18.
CopyCat Brands
We have already seen the arrival and exit of CopyCat brands. The significant level of investments to grow membership to a profitable level means our first mover advantage counteracts any small mum and dad business. It does not however stop a large corporate.
Exchange Rate
At this stage this is not a significant risk, however as the business comes to rely more heavily on the importation of product we will be at the detriment of fluctuations in exchange rates.
New Treat Delivery Model
While having such a new and exciting brand and product for customers with dogs brings added advantages, however with such new concept adoption maybe slower than anticipated. Consumer education will form a part of our PR and marketing plans.
Increased Cost of Acquisition (CAC)
During our launch we have come to understand the cost of acquisition of new customers. However if there are significant increases in advertising costs and effectiveness of media in reaching our target markets this may affect our numbers in terms of acquired customers and therefore directly impact our bottom line.
Increased Cost of Launch into Australia
If the cost of launching into Australia is more than budgeted this is likely to affect our expected profits and if our anticipated numbers are likely to be affected as well this will impact our revenue targets.
