Evolve
The event takes shape by integrating the art and music that this group of people are making for themselves.
It provides the perfect platform for them to demonstrate their style, their flare and taste with the people that they value the most - their friends.
This age group are wanting to show that they have the skills and determination to craft their own identity as valued members of our society and can do so without being told what, where, when and how to do it.
This is why art and music are so important. Being able to express ones identity authentically in these art forms is an incredibly powerful experience. This event is designed to enable young people to make themselves more awesome than they have ever thought possible.
My Plan
My plan is to provide a space that can accomodate exactly what these 'exiteens' want to share and connect with, as an expressive form and as a collective experience, in a safe, well managed and professional way.
A pop-up arts exhibition delivering fresh art, great music and deep atmosphere. A day of inspirational art. An evening of sublime excellence.
The artists are lined up, the space has been identified, the scene has been set. Yes, the crowd is frothing, people want this (460 + MR Mobiustrip facebook group and growing).
All we need is the clout, the money, the proper support and these dreams will turn into reality. The plans and details have been thoroughly considered and it will work and it will work well if................
..........those that want it, see it through.
Pledge and enter.
It's over to you now.
Rewards
Your reward is the participation. Your participation is the reward. (Plus a cool event T-shirt and other mementos).
The crowd funding this event will be the crowd attending.
What we make here directly influences what happens in reality.
Be part of this. Be brave. Start something unstoppable and evolve.
This is your story. Seek it, speak it, be it.

Risks and Challenges
The greatest threat to making this event a reality is the natural resistance to something that is not understood by those that have the power to put a stop to it. With great transparency and communication with the establishments involved in granting permits and the like, and by following their requirements, there is every reason for this event to be a success.
Health and safety is essential with fire safety being the most obvious aspect to have fully sorted. By ensuring compliance to the health and safety codes for such an event there should be no reason to prevent the project from going ahead.
A major concern comes down to the risk that an event like this might develop into some kind of wild rave that leads to reckless behaviour whereby people and property are adversely affected. With good planning and sufficient controls in place and by using security teams and the effective monitoring and steering of behaviour towards positive interactions, this danger can be managed smoothly and professionally.
The last issue is down to not achieving the minimum funding target for the numbers that the event is being designed around. This in itself is not a deal breaker as the event can be shrunk to accommodate a smaller crowd and thus budget.
If a smaller venue has to be acquired and another cycle of funding started, then the planned date of 01-02-2020 will have to be revised and rescheduled for later on in the year. If this event is wanted the crowd will fund it.
The crowd just needs to cover costs and at this point there seems to be enough interest to continue with the current plan.
