My name is Adam Wilson and I have qualified to represent New Zealand at the Long Distance Triathlon World Championships in Belfort, France in June 2013. The basic funding to attend this event is in excess of $4500 and this only includes flights and accommodation. The overall costs will be much greater and being a completely amateur event each athlete is tasked with sourcing their own funding. I have only received a small sporting grant thus far and therefore I need additional assistance to achieve my goal of representing my country.
I currently live in Queenstown and with the generous support of some local companies I have managed to put together an amazing package which will be up for grabs for one lucky person who supports my cause. Be one of the first 100 people to pledge $20 or more and you will be entered into the draw to win an Adventure Queenstown Package valued at $2400.
