Mobile Beef Packers is the first built and registered mobile abattoir to process Beef, Lamb, and Venison in New Zealand’s modern era.

Our goal is to support Beef, Lamb, and Venison farmers of all sizes to develop their own brands. The mobile abattoir achieves this with a non-fractured system that gives them confidence that their stock is handled humanely. There is also no red tape restricting them from getting the job done.

At Mobile Beef Packers we are introducing a structured training programme  that provides confidence for our future graduates. When applying for a position anywhere in the meat industry, they know they have learned all aspects required, and when they progress in their career, employers also know that they have the required skills.

We also have in place systems to help regenerative and organic farming practices save money by  recycling resources back into their farm..

We are running this campaign to fund the development of Mobile Beef Packers. We have the model, and seek to purchase a loading truck, for future efficiency, and to maximise throughput.
