LOCKDOWN MANDALA BOOK

The Lockdown Mandala Book is a document of all the incredible and beautiful mandalas that creative people created from objects within their home bubble over the covid lockdown from March - May 2020.

We are wanting to do a limited run of 1000 books, approx A4 in size and soft cover with 180 pages, using the colour photographs submitted to our competition over lockdown. We will ask everyone who is contributing to supply a small blurb about what lockdown meant for them. We feel that this was an incredibly unique time in our living history and that a book would be the perfect way to souvenir this.

We have budgeted this project to cover our design, layout, printing and postal costs. We are staking the rewards at just over cost so that we can share the book with as many people as possible.  If there is any cash left over on completion of printing we would will donate this to a charity such as Womens Refuge who provided an amazing essential service over lockdown.

** The above image is a just a mock up of how the cover could look, but is by no means the finished product. We welcome input regarding the best image to use for the cover and we have a fantastic graphics person on board who will design the book cover for us.
