At Te Aro Astanga Yoga we have a diverse community who regularly come in to learn and practice yoga. We have several members who are in their seventies as well as teenagers and every age group in between. Cardiac arrest can affect any one at any time and the nearest defibrillator to us in Cuba Mall and only available during shop opening hours. Getting a good outcome from a stroke or heart event is extremely time critical so having immediate access to a defibrillator is important.
