When I Became 30 years old, I returned to visit NZ and fell in love. while it is not a rare thing to happen for a tourist, I wanted to accomplish something ambitious- explore Fiordland, the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life - like no one did before.

I took several special charter flights, above and into this awe-inspiring place, and made some very dramatic photos, of the very remote and wild this place has to offer. you could see the photos I've already taken here: lirigoessouth.com

Now I wish to return and explore the park even more deeply, to show you the rare jewels it contains, in areas unreachable by foot...

My vision is to make for you a comprehensive photography cover of the Fiordland area by helicopter charter flights, directed deep into the park. a place worth being perpetuated by good photography. I would concentrate on the Northern and more dramatic part of the park first, near the famous Milford Sound and all around the Darran, Earl, Wick, Livingstone, Alisa, and Serpentine mountains; the Pembroke remote area; the Arthur valley and peaks surrounding it all the way to the sea; with every lake and all the valleys in between; finishing on Sutherland Sound's edge.

The photos will be displayed on my public page for you to enjoy, and develop in high quality to make some fine prints. also, when there will be enough coverage of the Fiordland area, I would pursue to publish a book.

Finally and most importantly, all the pictures will be given for the Department of Conservation to use, to help preserve the beauty for generations to come.

your pledges will help to cover to cost of the trip, which will make this project possible. I would have a probable 3 months to make around 6 flights to deliver my promise.  What I can promise you is a lot more of what displayed in my site, with more diverse and more richness, as with my demonstrated capability to capture the magic and essence of the place.
