Many years ago the Bacon Brothers vowed to help make Christchurch the Greatest City in the World to live in by creating happiness, cheeky servings of banter and a few Burgers here and there.
Two years ago we opened our first burger bar in the Little High Eatery with the help of our loyal customers, and have helped Christchurch get its mojo back. Christchurch City has had a hard time and needed some love, Little High was there for the people of Christchurch.
This year we are opening a Central Christchurch Location in the Riverside Farmers Market, its going to be in the heart of the city on Oxford Terrance, and we need your help to get the job done..... she's a big job alright. (Reece actually ate 4 of those massive burgers below on 4 different occasions, it was majestic, like a unicorn jumping over a rainbow)
It is with great honour that we present to you, our loyal customers, BACON BROTHERS RIVERSIDE. Well.... nearly, she is 2 months of hard work away.
“But I’m vegetarian from ma head tomatoes” you say, If bacon doesn’t make you drool, we are expanding our Vegan and Vegetarian menu, with more plant based options than you can count on one hand, and that is just the veganinng!!!
We also don’t knead gluten to make our burgers tasty as fu.. well you get the idea, So if glutinous buns don’t tickle your fancy, do not despair, we will wrap your burger in the best gluten free buns- for no extra cost!! Sheesh, you won’t find that anywhere else!!
"But I cant eat the carbs, im shredding for R and V" - We now have Keto Cloud Bread so bring in your Gym Buddies and get the gainz.
What was that? You deadlifted 200kg at crossfit today? Come on down and fuel up by swapping your burger buns for Paleo Bread at no extra cost. Whammy!!
Whatever way you want your burger, we have you covered.

We are spending the $15,000 on plumbing and gasfitting for Bacon Bros Riverside. Yep, in construction everything is expensive.
WOW, the total build is looking to be around $350,000! (GULP) Holy guacamole.. We’ve got most of this covered ourselves, Troy worked 6 years unpaid at Bacon Bros back in the farmers market days in the rain, wind, scorching sun to save up the rest (and even used to save his $2 a week pocket money since he was 3, which he has added to the total).
We need you guys to take us over line to make all your (and our) burger dreams a reality.

Meet the team:
Troy - The boss man who founded Bacon Bros many years ago- you have him to thank for the mouth-watering quality of the organic and free range goodness that’s stuffed into the freshly baked bread that you all enjoy.
Chloe – The superwoman beside the boss man. Mad skills on the grill but currently has a bun in the oven (and not the kind of bun you’re going to want to make a burger out of). So this Burger Queen is working behind the scenes like a busy little bee!
Sweet James- The classic Pom who loves a pint, a burger and a good dad joke and talking about how good England is.
Captain Jack - Trained with Tibetan monks on the ancient art of grilling the best burger. He loves a bodgie, cricket, bodgie and yarning about that time in Greymouth........
Tiny Lawrence- A truly massive human who loves an event, wedding or farmers market.
Sensei Fong- Raised by the Thai Bacon Gods, Fong is destined to greatness. Rated in the top 7 huggers at bacon bros in an anonymous survey by the bacon survey corp.
OJ Olivia- OJ is the future of Bacon Bros and is a living example of all the bacon bros values.
The Burger Bar and Market Crew - A bunch of Great Kiwis and Top Notch Travellers from Colombia, Chile, Thailand, England and Hamilton (just joking we dont hire people from Hamilton).
To everyone who has loved and supported us along this journey. Our family, friends, mentors and all you burger lovers, to the people who waited in lines at Little High until their knees wobbled from exhaustion, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we wouldnt be here without you!
The $6 to $3000 Pledges must be redeemed within 12 months. (If you cant redeem your pledge within this period get in touch and we can arrange something)
Burger Pledges are valid only at the New Bacon Bros at Riverside, not at Little High, Auckland or the Food Trucks.
Lifetime Burgers Terms and Conditions -burgers must be picked up and ordered by the pledger, 1 burger per day at Riverside Bacon Bros, burgers do not accumulate so if you dont eat a burger one day you cant get two the next day.
