What if it were possible....
When you are aligned with your purpose and calling miracles appear in your life and opportunities arrive at your door.
Just over 2 years ago I had given up on my hopes dreams and aspirations. I had surrendered to the idea that I would never be able to do the work I felt strongly called to do. But it became a possibility and I opened up my heart to where this might take me.
I have been dabbling in the professional development/personal transformation field for years and have worked with many people in a coaching, consulting and leadership capacity. I use a range of practical and common-sense tools as well as working intuitively. One of my desires was to be able to bring my intuitive way of working into the mainstream, demystify it and share the science behind it. I want peoples experience of working with me be practical and transformative and not wishy-washy in any way.
In April (yes that soon) I am going to Boston, USA to attend training with Dr Srini Pillay, Harvard Psychiatrist, Tedx talker, brain tinkerer and all round great guy!.
I love learning and evolving, and it is important to be able to offer unique programmes and services tgh my consulting work and for the BWT community that are a little different. What Dr Pillay is offering goes beyond anything I had ever hoped to do, and I know it will give me the missing piece to my toolkit, and make a huge difference to the women I work with - and guys too! What might have taken me years to research and learn, I will have achieved in April.
It is important to learn the facts and theory and gain a certification but for it to resonate with me I have to feel it in my bones, have fun in the process and be deeply moved and more importantly, share my learnings to help others transform their lives.
I will be learning specific brain-based tools related to personal change and transformation through the lens of Transformational Neurocoaching©. and will be supported to personalise this in my own programmes and services for BWT (Brave Women Thrive). I will also be able to offer this as a Transformational Leadership Training programme into the SME corporate and government sectors but what I am really passionate about is how it will make a difference to the BWT community.
Equipped with practical, well-researched tools and techniques, I will be able to distinguish myself as a catalyst in the human potential space - this could be your potential, or your teams possibility.
In doing well by doing good, the programs I will design and deliver will help you to transform through an experiential learning, using science and deep unconscious psychological processes. They are also going to be a whole lot of fun because I like to bring a bit of laughter into learning and transformation. It creates a sense of joy and ease during what can sometimes be emotionally painful and challenging.
I was blessed enough to be part of the first round of "by-invitation-only” professionals to attend this revolutionary and disruptive program to optimise human potential. I will be one of the first to gain certification in Neurocoaching and be the only one on this side of the world. I know it will massively enhance my practice and compliment my unique style of working. Having a naturally "Disruptive Leadership" style, it was only natural that this opportunity got me really excited!
And, of course it was always my desire for everyone who needs this work to be able to access it regardless of their financial situation or location. As a result, I have set up a scholarship find as well that you can contribute to. This will knock down any financial barriers for someone who wants to book time with me.

I am looking to cover the bulk of the cost of training, travel and accommodation which is sitting at about 12k.
I am Wellington based and am able to work online by zoom or sykpe for any face to face sessions. I will also travel to your region to deliver a workshop if you can also meet the travel and accommodation expenses on top of the training cost.
For corporates, guidelines for similar coaching/training can exceed my $250 hourly rate or $1500 per half day (3 hour session). I believe in balancing ethical fees with valuing the expertise brought to the session.
