Māori Hill Junior Football Club 9th Grade Team Going To The Christchurch International Cup

The Māori Hill Junior Football Club (MHJFC) 9th grade team is going to the
Christchurch International Cup Football tournament in July 2018. Teams come from all over New Zealand and Australia to compete. The level of competition is high and a fantastic opportunity for our team. Last year was the first year that a MHJFC team attended and they got 5th out of 16 teams in their grade. This year we hope to do better!
Our team is made up of 12 children from around Dunedin who play in the 9th grade (8 to 9 year olds) at MHJFC. The money raised from this campaign will go towards:
1. Tournament registration
2. Equipment hire at the venue (e.g. a marquee for the team)
3. Team kit: jackets, track pants, beanies (it's really cold), and kit bags
4. Accommodation for players
5. Travel expenses for players
6. Food for players

Thanks to everyone who has pledged to our campaign. We have made our minimum target!!! The team and their parents won't have to pay for tournament registration or team kit. We're very grateful. It would be great if we could also get a few more pledges to assist the team with travel.
