After operating Nanny’s Food truck for three years, it's time to take it a step further and start a restaurant, which has been a long-planned dream of mine. However, I continue to see great potential in aspects of the food truck business like for example; the easy ‘grab-and-go’ principle, a laid back, open and spontaneous atmosphere, a simple and constantly changing menu, and most importantly the close and direct connection to the customers, making its possible for them to feel almost as if they are part of the cooking process. I believe I can bring these aspects together. Take them from the street and into the restaurant, so to speak.

The restaurant will be at Tower Junction in Addington, shopping complex. we will be using the funds to do the hard fitout of the restaurant such as building the bar and kitchen, pay for the flooring and lighting. we will be taking majority of the equiment will be on a rental bases.

When we reach our goal, IT WILL MEAN THE WORLD TO ME TO OPEN OUR FIRST RESTAURANT.

DEFINITELY WILL NOT LET YOU GUYS DOWN.

Hey Nanny Nation.

We are not long from getting the keys for the site once we have it we will be able to get the tradies on site to start fitting out the restaurant.
