We're the team from ‘All Bi Myself’, a New Zealand-based web series following 22 year old Mia McAllister, who comes out as bisexual to her family and church. We follow the ups and downs as Mia navigates her newly discovered sexuality (against the backdrop of her surrounding community), dating (ew, tinder), and, ultimately, learning to survive and thrive on her own.

ABM has already been nominated for best student series at the Melbourne WebFest 2017, and for best pilot at the NZ Web Fest 2017, and has garnered over 17,000 views across episodes 1 and 2. Whilst the show started off as a masters project for producer Elana, we’ve seen a prevalent gap in the market for stories pertaining to the fem, bisexual and queer communities, and feel this underrepresentation needs to be turned on its head - preferably by us.
We’re a crew that is incredibly passionate about supporting and encouraging individuals within the creative industry, and with a diverse cast and crew made up of some of the brightest and bad-ass(est) individuals (work with me here), coming from a variety of cultural backgrounds, our dream is to get ABM out into the world, on a global scale, to give these babes the platform they deserve to shine. Having already released episodes 1 and 2 earlier this year, we are now looking to film episodes 3 to 6 this summer, with the plan to release these episodes in April / May 2018. That’s where you come in.
In order to cover the costs of filming, we need a pretty large budget, and, let’s be real, we’re poor creatives who tend to work for little to no money. Whilst we will be using what’s left of our maxed-out credit cards, and that heaven-sent $20 bill hiding in the pocket of those jeans we never wear, we will need a little help from the greater community in order to complete season 1 of ABM (short term goal), and to begin our ascent to world domination (long term goal.)
