Our Vision
To create a lightweight, non-invasive bottle opener that’s at your fingertips. All the time so you don’t resort to lighters and teeth.
Our Product
KLAMP is a bottle opener that attaches onto your apparel. What makes KLAMP different is that it is a modern take on your standard opener. The focus - make it fashionable and an extension of your outfit so you never leave the house without it. It’s an opener that doesn't look like one. Light and strong - no more key bulk and awkward pocket bulges.
Our Market
Our audience is males 18-40 but basically anyone who drinks beers or ciders.
How your support helps
We'll refine our design through prototyping, market research and liaising with stakeholders. Then get to manufacturing and distributing our product.
Our Team
Competing in Startup Weekend Dunedin 2017 we are a group of young designers, developers and entrepreneurs.
Alex - Our ideas man, beer drinker and teeth bottle opener.
Georgina - Our people person, spirit drinker who struggles to open bottles.
Anton - Our Code monkey, drinks gin and juice (laid back). He can never find a bottle opener.
Rebekah - Our hipster, G&T drinker. She probably has an opener in her bag somewhere.
Tony - Our researcher, likely to be drinking with Alex. He's a fan of makeshift bottle openers.
