Polyhigh Recycling Raffle
Project 2017-03-21 14:43:12 +1300
At Polyhigh Community Childcare Centre we celebrate our community and value our environment, educating our children/tamariki on the value and practice of sustainability. The earth's resources are precious and finite, and we want to encourage our tamariki to be conscious consumers; thinking critically about the secondary product and/or packaging (often simply viewed as 'waste'), valuing what we have, and assisting in the re-use, up-cycling and lastly recycling of those.
Funds raised from this raffle will be used to further enhance our recycling system and educate our tamariki about composting and other sustainable practices.
