Our project is a horror feature film based on an attractive young female, Michelle, who desperately wants revenge on her childhood kidnapper. The problem is he is a sadistic torturer. In a cruel twist of fate, Michelle and her five friends are kidnapped by the same man who has returned to finish the job. Now Michelle must fight her urge for revenge with her need to survive.

Our crew consists of fourteen recent film school graduates, who make up the majority of the crew. To back them up we have an experienced DOP and a couple of experienced script consultants. There are nine principal cast members who are also recent graduates. The crew is headed up by FLEM Productions, founded by Logan Judd and Francois Nell. Logan Judd is a former NZ Police officer who decided to pursue a career as a filmmaker. Due to the near death of a colleague and his own personal experiences, Logan was motivated to take a risk by quitting the comfort of a steady income and selling his house to pursue this career. After a decade of Yachting, Francois Nell decided to pursue film-making, being an international student, the financial risk has been significant. Together Logan and Francois are a passionate team who are driven to succeed.

This brings us to the reason for putting our project up on pledgeme, we require $25,000 to take this film to the next level. The money raised is for professional equipment, extra experienced crew members and a more detailed set. It will also cover the rewards offered. The recent graduates are already contributing a large portion of the budget for some of the production costs. We have acquired the use of a studio at Auckland Film Studios and the building of a set.
