Will Heads To La And Nyc

At the end of January 2015 I’m heading to Los Angeles and New York City for five weeks to take acting and film master classes and workshops. I’ll be training at the Susan Batson Studio, taking a scene study master class with acting coach Larry Moss as well as some general American accent training.
My ambition is to build a career as a screen actor working both in New Zealand and internationally. This trip provides me with an opportunity to develop my craft as an actor and upskill alongside American industry professionals. It also allows me to contextualise, test and keep growing what I’ve learned over the past two years of training.
Studying abroad is an amazing opportunity, but a big challenge to finance as a fulltime student. I’m planning to stay with friends and friends-of-friends to help keep the costs down, but am looking at $5000 for flights and course fees alone. I’ve currently raised $3000 from my own personal investment, but need a little bit of help to get to the finish line.
I would appreciate any and all support in helping make this trip possible. No donation is too small and every dollar goes towards this exciting next step in my learning.
