Hi my name is Louise Conwell.
In 2014 with the support of Pledge Me I was able to travel to India as part of the Rata Teacher Support Foundation to live and work alongside untrained Indian teachers. It was an incredible experience which has had long lasting impacts.
I have the opportunity to go back in June to work once again to continue developing the skills of these Indian teachers who work in incredible conditions with passion and a hunger to make a difference.
For three weeks our group will share strategies and skills for teaching literacy, numeracy and classroom management.
This trip is entirely voluntary and self-funded, so your pledges will go towards the cost of my airfares and accommodation.
I hope you can help.
