COFFEE GROUP - A Oneshot Collective Film

Project 2014-10-28 22:07:21 +1300

The Oneshot Collective is a new independent filmmaking initiative bringing together twelve filmmakers to create a collective feature-length film, with a common theme of Chance Encounters. This is scheduled for completion by mid-2015. www.oneshotcollective.co.nz

Our tale..

The Cakepunchers Collective  who brought you the crowd pleaser Fringe show My Boyfriend got a Beatle haircut  have teamed up with INGOT Films to take you on yet another deliciosusly fun ride, this time through film. Coffee Group, written and directed by Tess Jamieson-Karaha cuts through the happy family facebook selfies and the cute Let it go videos to give you an unsensored story about 3 mums in the depths of early motherhood. Chaos, sleep deprivation, the fish bowl affect and caffiene addiction are just some of the ingredients to this delightfuly honest tale. 3  mums. 1 mother of a morning. Watch these 3 very different mothers escape from their domestic jails and  crash into each other to form the Coffee Group.

This is a teaser for the feature film of the same premise to be shot 2016.

Please help us bring you this much needed story and validate all those hard working parents out there stuck behind closed doors!

Thank you!

 The Coffee Group Team :)
