The project...

RICHE$ is back and ready to make noise! Despite our current geographic separatism, we all remain close and through the power of modern technology and the open hearts and pockets of you pledgers, we wish to put together a song with American artist Blueprint.

The collaborators...

For those who don’t already know about RICHE$ (just jokes, of course you already know about RICHE$): RICHE$ make club bangers and aspirational rap hits for the already wealthy who want to be richer. RICHE$ shamelessly celebrate corporate excesses and glorify lifestyles full of celebrity sexcapades and high-end consumer items. RICHE$ represent the 1% of real rappers with RICHE$ on their minds 100% of the time.

And for those who don’t know who Blueprint is: Blueprint is an American hip hop artist, heavily influential in the underground hip hop scene; he has a great sense of humour (apparent in this song, as an example) which corresponds well with RICHE$ style. We have recently been in contact with Blueprint to discuss doing a collaboration with him, and the feedback has been positive. It has been a dream of ours to do a track with a legitimate, successful artist that we respect, and this would be a great opportunity for us to get our name out into the wider market. All we need is a little bit of money to get this project off the ground.

The money...

We are looking to crowd-fund $2,035 to complete our project, which includes the cost of beats and a verse from Blueprint, a small amount for studio time and professional mastering of the track. This figure also builds in the costs of creating screen-printed RICHE$ tee-shirts and printing costs for art, which will be given as rewards to pledgers who have pledged a certain amount. If we collect more money than expected, we will look at utilising the efficiencies found and produce more than one track.
