Dating in 2014 is hard. No-one wants to commit, everyone has tinder and no-one meets in real life anymore.   We decided to make a webseries following a pretty normal (coughs) girl, Bex as she tests out dating theories, advice, tinder and good old fashioned blind dating, to try and find "The One" in the modern world. The aim is to create a platform in which the audience can interact with the documentary, whether that be by giving their take on what Bex should do, or going on a date with her themselves.

We are a group of emerging film makers, keen to work on something relevant not only to our generation, but to anyone who has ever been single, or tried to find "the one"! Directors, Cinematographers, Producers, Marketers and Editors we are crossing over all boundaries to collaberate together on this project.

As this is an on-going webseries project, and we're planning 8 - 10 episodes, we need some funds to get us going. Filming is expensive, and all our team are working for free, so 100% of pedged funds will go towards making this project happen. Expenses will include: Filming and Sound equipment, Locations, Travel, Dates and Documentary elements, Post-Production and many more!

You may ask why? Why are you making this, and what are you getting out of it? Several people have said things to Bex, such as 'Can't you get a boyfriend without a Documentary?'. The answer right now, is no. Having never been in the right place at the right time, nor actively seeked out a boyfriend, Bex is single and going strong. So now on behalf of anyone who is wondering if there is something they are doing wrong, anyone who is looking for a partner, anyone interested in the modern dating culture, or anyone who wants to watch an entertaining journey, please hop on board. We've already tested the waters and started out with a few surveys and street interviews, but we're ready to expand. So, Watch the series, contribute your opinion, and please pledge so we can go ahead and see what happens!
