About

The Second Coming - Marketing Plan

Project 2014-08-13 20:17:05 +1200

The objective of the project to raise $600 to promote my science fiction novel The Second Coming, the second novel in the Skid Chronicles Kiwi themed science fiction series to create a point of difference for my novels that sets them apart from other self-published work.

In anticipation of a wider marketing program I have already had professional assistance to upgrade my webpage (www.scifibookshop.co.nz), create a book cover, and have the novel professionally edited

The project will fund the cost of a professionally written and distributed press release to national media sites and to have the current book cover blurb re-written. I hope that this process will raise the profile of my novels and lead to more sales and the possibility of being picked up by a major mainstream publisher to take my work to the next level.

Rewards will be in the form of an electronic version of the first novel in the series for pledges under $20 and copies of the first and second novels in the series for pledges over $20. Pledges over $50 will receive a signed hard copy and electronic versionsof both novels. Note that the ebook format will be EPUB that works on all mainstream erreaders or the kindle standard.
