Public Emergency Alerts
Lert.Info has been operating for 18 months, and sent over 150,000 "lerts" (txts/e-mails) to New Zealanders about dangerous weather, road closures, police notifications, earthquakes, floods and so on.
It is New Zealand's only fully comprehensive, dedicated public emergency alert service.
We currently send txt/e-mail lerts for any potentially life-threatening event.
Our current service notifies people who register for their chosen location; usually their suburb and region.

What will the App do?
When people travel to different parts of NZ they aren’t currently notified of dangers in those areas with the current system.
The App will alert people of dangers that could affect them, no matter where they are. It will still alert them to events etc back in their chosen location.
To date, we have developed the service as far as we can, using our own time and money.
We need your pledge to develop this leading edge smartphone App.
What's needed?
At least $5500, in return we offer you the following:
Basic App Pack - $ 5. App alerts plan (usually $9.95)
App and Txt pack - $10. App alerts + txt backup (usually $19.95)
Basic Family Pack - $20. Family Pack; up to 5 people get App alerts (usually $49.75)
Full Family Pack - $40. Family Pack; up to 5 people get App alerts + txt backup (usually $99.75)
All pledge plans are for one year, then revert to standard rates.
This will be your only opportunity to get these discounts.
