About

Ghost TV

Project 2012-05-25 05:04:46 +1200

Ghost TV is a feature-length horror comedy shot in the ruins of Seacliff Lunatic Asylum (just north of Dunedin). It's a very dry, nasty black comedy/horror about a reality TV crew making a ghost hunting series where they stay the night in a supposedly haunted place - who get more than they bargained for. The film was shot on a micro budget with lots of goodwill from some great local talent and crew.

You can see the trailer of the movie here...

And there's a lot more info on the movie here...

The film was written and directed by me (Phil Davison). I've made several low budget horror comedies - I'm best known for Belief and Kung Fu Vampire Killers. Look here for independent reviews:

What we need is a little more cash for the final postproduction gloss, as well as $1,000 to pay to get it rated by the censor.

For rewards we have packages including - Signed DVD - T-Shirts - End Credits - Associate Producer credit. We're not so much asking for donations, but rather funding through pre-sales. There's something for every budget!

The project should be completed by the end of this winter, and your rewards will be posted to you then. Postage is included in the pledge amount.

Here's a picture of the cool T-shirts....

jpeg
They are available in Small, Medium, Large and XL. The white ones are all short sleeve, and the black ones are all long sleeve (and cost quite a bit more to have made).

Five reasons why you should pledge something here -
  1. the reward deals are really good
  2. it's actually a really good movie
  3. the reward deals are really good
  4. you get the warm fuzzy feeling form doing a good deed
  5. the reward deals are really good
