Bonnie And The Oosh UK Tour

What we need, what you get
We are seeking support to help us reach a dream… an international dream! The Oosh is leaving on a jet plane to bring our Kiwi tunes to Ol’ Blightly. So we don’t end up at Her Majesty’s Pleasure we need funds to keep us fed, watered and sheltered. This is not a trip to fanny about, we’ll be playing multiple gigs and spreading the word about how awesome NZ music is (Lorde can’t be the only one waving the banner).
We’ve come up with some great and some barmy prizes for your donations. We really appreciate your support in helping us continue this dream. You’re Oosh!
About the band
Hailing from the land of bare feet and endless coastlines, Bonnie and the Oosh are a New Zealand based rock outfit with a live performance that will leave you gasping for air and wanting more.
Rising from the sonic ashes of decade long evolution the band was initially formed by vocalist Bonnie Hurunui and guitarist Karl Apao. After various line up changes they found talented bassist Dwayne Diack and began to shape their sound in to the rough and ready rock format they present to you today. Filling the drum stool is the recently recruited Clayton Gould - providing a hard hitting energy boost to their already energetic sound.
Between the pair, Dwayne and Clayton provide a more than solid foundation, creating a platform for Karl to augment with his classic stack over-driven riffs, and finally Bonnie's highly melodic and soaring vocals top off the bands original and contemporary sound.

Thanks you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us to achieve our goal.
What an absolutely overwhelmingly brilliant bunch of supportive people your are.
We are so excited to play our original music long side the amazingly talented The Nowhere Effect in the UK. And so very proud to donate all proceeds of the tour to our charity www.youthmusic.org.uk which delivers life changing music programmes to under privledge youth.
So now that ur pledge me money has now paid for all our expenses... youth music are going to get every penny we make threw the doors... ohhh yus!

The Nowhere Effect invited us to play some shows in the UK Sep/Oct 2014.
We will play charity shows and all profits go to the www.youthmusic.org.
Supporting life changing music making for youth in the UK.
The more expenses we cover, the more we can give back to the youth in the UK!!!
