Hi I’m Liam Kennedy-Clark. Thanks for checking out my project!

I’m a singer/songwriter from Ashburton, New Zealand. and I’m extremely excited to share the next step in my career with you!

I have been performing for many years now and a couple of memorable moments to date - winning Intermediate Overall at the 2013 New Zealand Gold Guitar Awards and winning the Junior Aristocrat Entertainer of the Year at the Tamworth Country Festival this year.

As a passionate entertainer the next big step for me is getting my songs on an album for you! I plan to head on into the world-class recording studio Quicksand Studios in Christchurch this July to record my debut album! This is a pivotal point in my career and I’m turning to my friends, family & fans for support to make this happen.

BIO

Liam is following in the footsteps of Keith Urban (who also hails from New Zealand) and

has the ability to soon, take on the role of one of country music’s hottest young singer/

guitarists. With a love for all music Liam has been influenced by artists including Vince Gill, Albert Lee, Brad Paisley, Joe Walsh, Glenn Frey, David Gilmore, and Keith Urban, to name a few.

When people come to a live show of Liam’s they can expect to have a good time and listen to a good mix of songs, and hear some hot guitar picking. Liam combines the best elements of the traditional country sound and the contemporary country rock sound as well as incorporating other genres that have influenced Liam growing up.

The talented multi-instrumentalist, singer/song writer is quickly making a name for himself in New Zealand and Australia, taking the 2014 Tamworth Country Festival by storm, winning the Junior Aristocrat Entertainer of the Year, and the Coca Cola/Yamaha Battle of the Young Stars (senior section), Voice of Urban Runner-Up 2014, as well as winning many Overall prizes around New Zealand including New Zealand Gold Guitar intermediate Overall Winner in 2013 and appearing on the national TV screens in New Zealand – making it through to the top 24 of NZ X-Factor in 2013.

Liam is a passionate entertainer and has his goals firmly set on continuing forward in the

music industry while writing his own material.
