Background 

A collaborative effort between Dannie Cullen, Ryan Lamont and Tenani French to bring a New Zealand YouTube Community stall to this year's Armageddon Expo in Auckland!

The aim of the stall is to provide a safe meeting place for online video content creators in New Zealand, to engage with the public and to promote and expand the New Zealand YouTube community. 

The stall will be part of 'Artist's Alley' at Armageddon, it is non-selling stand, but will giving away freebies and business cards, running a small photobooth from the stand and running a number of different competitions and giveaways. 

 Rewards

The rewards and maximum numbers are as follows:

$5 - We will shout a big thank you to you from the top of One Tree Hill during the expo! Video evidence will be provided! (Unlimited)

$10 - A One Tree Hill thank you and we will give you the secret password to receive a surprise gift if you visit the stand! (Maximum 50) 

$20 -  Send us your personal youtube/business cards and we will display them at the stand and give them out during the expo. All above rewards included. (Maximum 10) 

$35 - We will print out your youtube channel and link, with QR code, display/promo picture and small description of your channel on our NZYT stand board! All above rewards included. (Maximum 8) 

$70 - Be there to promote your channel and NZ YouTube at the stall for a day! Give out business cards, tells jokes, do a dance, anything you’d like!  All above rewards included. (NB. expo admission tickets not included).  (Maximum 4, Saturday & Sunday only, two people per day, first come first served for choice of day)

Budget

If funding is successful, 100% of the funds will be going to the stand.

Budget is as follows:

Price of 1 x Artist Alley stand: $300
Surprise gifts: $90
Giveaways/freebies: $60
Printing: $50
