Kia ora whanau

For those of you who know me, and for those of you don't (how gracious of you to view my pledge!) Ko isaac james te reina cleland taku ingoa, Kaihanga Kiriata (director) of Entropy, a short film about the effects of a man struggling to cope with the inevitability of his soon approaching death. 

After a largely successful year emerging into film life, I now have graduated with a short film under my belt that is proving to do incredibly well in the international market! I now have the avenue to further my development and capability as a film artist with Entropy's recent acceptence into Pasadena's International Film Festival!!

Entropy has already been selected and premiered in Australia at Sandfly International Film Festival so Pasadena is the next big step for myself and its journey. This is a massive feat for me and my crew and to do it justice I aim to promote my emerging film career now internationally and inject my style as a director into the overseas market, giving myself the opportunity for a voice overseas while also widening my knowledge of how the industry in America operates and creates.

I have one simple objective to do while i'm there, and that's talk. Talk to as many people and networks that i can cope with, getting your name out there and in the open is key, without myself going willy nilly the hope is to establish at least a few important connections and friends that i can begin to build bridges with from NZ to USA. 

This opportunity to attend the American Premiere screening of my film is the next remarkable step in furthering my career and sculpting me into the story teller I want to be in the film industry

I JUST CAN FEEL IT!!

But outrageously sadly ... due to lack of funds in my post study, below par, student, so hard to escape LIFESTYLE right now (the photo below is me raging at my financial state) and the fact that everything in this world costs a s*** tonne of cash, I need the help from the kind and loving people that I know are out there, yes I'm talking to you friend :) if you are able to be so gracious, the funds will help me out with flights, travel and accommodation while I'm over there with myself putting in as many pennies as i can find around my house.

SO PLEASE HELP ME! Help is all I can ask for... help in the form of hard cash!! But no, even taking the time to even read this hopeful parade is positive energy enough for me and to care about my life about this is amazing! So thank you a many if any!
