My project is to record a follow up album to my debut "When It Rains" which was recorded in 2008. My first album was a finalist in the Tui Music Awards for Best Country Album of the Year in 2009 and after selling out of this album it is time to get the next one underway as I am being continuously asked at gigs "when is the next one coming out"
I am an independent musician based in Auckland so my team is just me but I have a wonderful support team around me who regularly attend gigs and support my music. I have been performing country music since I was a little girl and have loved the places it has taken me to and most importantly the people who I have met along the way. I have performed around New Zealand, in Australia and also on Norfolk Island and would love to take my music to places further afield to showcase New Zealand and of course the wonderful story of country music.
PledgeMe is a great way for independent artists to promote their music and I am so grateful to each and everyone of you who have supported my music and for your contribution to Album #2. I cannot wait to get this project underway and share with you the next chapter of my music life!!!
