I've created a recipe for egg-less meringues - having them manufactured as a commercial product will be a world first! And I've come up with a recipe for a dairy-free whipping cream to go with it, for a completely decadent vegan dessert treat.
I've been running Angel Food for about 7 years, but until recently we imported most of our stock. Now our focus is on developing our own recipes and having them made in NZ. It's expensive getting new products into the market, which is why we have turned to PledgeMe. We're looking for $2500 towards ingredients, packaging, manufacturing and marketing. That way, we can launch these two products and start work on the next delicious launch!

Our campaign closed on Saturday evening and we slightly exceeded our target. Big thanks to all of our supporters! We are aiming to have the promised rewards to everybody by mid-November. Will be in touch soon. Best wishes, alice

Lemon meringue tartlets

These little bites pair our sweet and crunchy meringue cookies with a tangy and smooth lemon filling. The lemon filling is made by steaming a peeled golden kumara and then blending it in the food processor with lots of lemon juice, a knob of dairy-free spread, and sugar to taste. (Works as a cake filling too!)
