My project is to create a social network (online and offline) that empowers New Zealand's females through self-discovery, development and connection (main focus on females aged 16 - 30, but obviously any female will benefit from this network). The online network will provide kiwi women with tools and tips on how to unveil their inner self so they can be confident, passionate, know their self-worth and in turn make their life everything they want it to be. 

The site aims to help them DISCOVER who they are and what they want, DEVELOP skills to handle any situation with ease (including the inner conflicts) and CONNECT them with other females who can support, mentor and befriend them. 

There will be a blog, life coaching section, programmes for self discovery and development, private forums, and many other interactive tools & tips online. The offline aspect includes life coaching, workshops throughout Auckland Communities (hopefully going national once it takes off), conferences, interactive events (dining with speakers, wellbeing events, career development evenings, relationship building days). 

Since I was 15 I felt pressure to define myself, to know what I wanted & to set a path but there was such a lack of tools & mentorship to help me find ME. So like many, I woke up at age 22 a stranger to myself. There is a huge need to provide services to females from a young age so they can know who they truly are in turn giving them a strong sense of self which will be reflected in a positive outlook for wellbeing, lifestyle, relationships & career thus enabling them to achieve amazing things. This is my purpose in life. I believe knowing, understanding and loving your true self is the key to happiness and success. 

I am looking for funding to get the website developed (as you can imagine privacy and security for the network is a must and expensive). Funding will also assist with putting on the initial introduction workshops, branding and marketing. 

I am the team (just me) at this stage but I hope to add more Life Coaches, mentors, ambassadors and develop this into a success network that gives back to the female population in NZ. My skill set includes; Life coaching, Event Management, PR, Marketing, Journalism & Finance.
