My name is Sonya Heney. I am a young fashion design student in my third and final year of the Bachelor of Design (Fashion) at Otago Polytechnic. For our final project we have been asked to design and construct a mini collection consisting of 5 - 7 outfits that will be featured on a catwalk at the Otago Polytechnic's Design School exhibition in November.
I will also have the opportunity to be selected to go to Shanghai in October where we get to have a professional photo shoot on location and our collection will be shown in Shanghai Fashion Week 2013.
Now this is where all of you come in...
Making a collection from scratch is no easy task. The amount of time and energy that goes into a project like this is crazy and unfortunately the amount of money it requires is disheartening for a student. So I am here to ask you guys to help me out, every little donation will be greatly appreciated. Help me make my vision a reality.
