Help Me Get To World Under Water Hockey Champs

Hey, my name is Nick Barraclough and I have been selected to play for NZ Under-23 Mens' team going to the World Championship for Under Water Hockey in Hungary at the end of August.
Underwater Hockey gets very little or no funding in New Zealand so these trips are funded solely by the players.
I was part of the Junior Mens' team that went to Holland two years ago for the last World Championships where we lost to South Africa in extra time to come away with a silver.
I want to head to Hungary with a vengeance to win gold. I have been training for this competition for the last two years, attending training camps around the country and pretty much living in the pool.
The cost for the tournament is about $8000, which covers our flights to Hungary and accommodation. I'm looking to get $1000 from PledgeMe to help me on my way and get help from other companies.
