Dear Family, Friends, and Kind Patrons!

My name is Rewi! I'm a Flame Artist, Entertainer, and one half of a super fun kiwi performance duo: Mr Jeff & Rewi Elffyre, The Hoopninja Hoolagans!

YES! So this is a huge deal for us... We've been invited to showcase our cheaky-selves at one of the world's TOP Fire & Circus Arts festivals, in Europe this September. 'Festa del Fuco di Stromboli' - the festival of light on Stromboli, Italy (www.festadelfuocostromboli.com) is renowned among circus & fire artists for bringing the finest acts in the world, to play at the festival on a volcanic island which erupts several times a day! Invitation to attend is a *huge* privilege for us, as the competition (for limited places) is tough!

To get there, we're saving our pennies and fundraising every way we know...

This is where you come in. We're primed to showcase some of New Zealand's funkiest' circus performance, on European stages! Wanna join us? We're facing big travel costs to get us and equipment to Stromboli (and back), but we know we can do it... We just need the right help!

We've looked into our box of tricks and we have some goodies for you!

Good morning everyone!

Just a quick note to let you know, once Pledgeme has finished processing your pledges they will send me a complete list so I know who has pledged for the different rewards. This could take 3 or 4 days from now.

Palm torches are under production and work is full steam ahead in my glass studio! Can't wait to send your rewards on their way!

Jeff is finishing his last week with Circus Aotearoa. They're in New Plymouth... If you know anybody up that way, let them know the circus is in town! Its a great show. At the end of this month we both move to Wellington - 3 weeks of intensive training booked at the Wellington Circus Trust and then we're off!!!

Hey crew!

Last night was so exciting, we sat online and talked with friends, booking flights and making plans! When the clock struck 6 it all became real.... WE DID IT!!! Thank you so much, we're utterly humbled by the generosity and encouragement from each of you. $3815 is incredible... You ROCK!

The time has come!!!

This amazing pyro-kinetic sculpture was built on Stromboli by our close friend Nicholas Lealand (from Dunedin) earlier this year. Yes it actually moves! He's on Stromboli right now creating amazing stuff for this year... WOW! Nicholas first told us about Stromboli so we're looking forward to seeing him and the rest of our new fire family in September...
Today your pledges will be processed and we should get the funding within a few days. Last night I put our ideal flights on hold! MEGA exciting...

We're so excited right now! Less than 4 hours to go!!! The campaign ends at 6pm.
